For those of you that have never heard of agave nectar, it is a natural low-glycemic sweetener that can be used in replacement of sugar. Its low-glycemic value means that it will not\u00a0severely impact\u00a0our blood sugar. Agave nectar has several health benefits, which include boosting our immune system and lowering cholesterol.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When preparing the popsicles, first\u00a0wash the strawberries and blackberries, and slice the tops off the strawberries. Put the fruit in a blender, and add two tablespoons of agave nectar, and two tablespoons of organic lemon juice. Next, add 1\/4\u00a0cup of water and blend all of the ingredients together.<\/span><\/p>\n
The resulting liquid base can then be poured into the popsicle molds, and left in the freezer.\u00a0 I usually leave mine for 6 hours, to prevent breakage.\u00a0 When ready, you will be left with a delicious treat.\u00a0\u00a0Enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
